• Notes

  I have not been able to find to date the baptism of Mary Pordage but given the Pordage presence in Woodnesborough and surrounding parishes it is likely she is the daughter of Richard based on the date of his marriage and the lack of births between 1653 and 1658. Henry Neame was born in Woodnesborough where Richard has recorded births. This is also a time when records can be patchy. Ash where he married Elizabeth is very close.
